Building on the success of our Sotheby Road mainsonette, Ardilaun Road is a sustainable retrofit of a victorian terrace house in the Sotheby Road Conservation Area, Islington.
Paperwork are developing a proposal which upgrades external wall performance, reconfigures partitions, adds a mansard extension and complemented by sensitive interior design. Each intervention will use set of natural materials and be serviced by an Air Source Heat Pump, which will condition all spaces.
