Highbury
Paperwork curated the deep-retrofit of a 2-bedroom maisonnette occupying the top floors of a Victorian terrace house in Highbury, retaining its heritage character, and updating the living spaces for modern living.
Externally, the building was sensitively restored, improving external wall performance, insulation levels and waterproofing. Windows were sealed for airtightness, and the roof terrace redressed with checkerboard tiling and rendered walls.
Internally, the existing pine floorboards were exposed, and run throughout. Existing cornicing, fireplaces and surrounds were also restored. Paperwork designed all bespoke joinery, kitchens, and wardrobes throughout inclusive of fixtures, fittings and furniture.
